Grape agate is a trade name for botryoidal chalcedony, formed when silica crystallizes in rounded clusters rather than flat bands. This cab was cut to preserve that natural cellular texture while smoothing the surface just enough to catch light. Finished with a simple glued-on bail to keep the stone as the focus.
