Refund policy
Tour Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Tour bookings are considered non-refundable once confirmed, except under the following conditions:

30 Days Notice: If you provide at least 30 days' notice for cancellations, you will receive a full refund.

14 Days Notice: If you give at least 14 days' notice for cancellations and we are able to rebook your slot, a full refund will be issued.

Unfavorable Conditions: In cases where factors like adverse weather, safety concerns, unfavorable conditions, or other restrictions prevent the tour's execution, we will provide a gift certificate. This certificate can be used to either reschedule your tour or make purchases in our store or on our website.
Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding of our tour booking policy.
Consultation Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Consultations are considered non-refundable once they have been accepted, except under the following circumstances:
- If the service provider becomes unable to fulfill consultation services due to illness or injury.
- If the service provider chooses to discontinue services for any reason.
Should you find yourself unable to utilize the consultation hours for which you have paid, they can be transferred as a gift certificate. This certificate can be applied towards rescheduling your consultation or used to make purchases in our store or on our website.
Please note that if you need to reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in a 50% forfeiture of the fees paid, unless the service provider is required to travel to the consultation location. In cases of on-site consultation, we ask for at least 30 days' notice for rescheduling, or a 50% forfeiture of consultation fees with a minimum of 14 days' notice. Failing to provide the minimum notice required will result in the forfeiture of all pre-paid consultation fees.
DISCLAIMER: We do not consult on Public Geology Practices or any services which require a Registered Geologist, only for economic or educational purposes. We do not consult on safety or any geologic subjects which effect people or property, only the private mining geology of prospect and deposits and their possible economic potentia and geologic science education.
Online & In-Store Product Purchase Returns & Refunds
For our in-house premade handmade items only/Elemental Anarchy Jewelry/Rock Your World house brand: We ship almost immediately so if you ordered by mistake, contact us in a hurry! We happily guarantee satisfaction and accept returns of our handmade jewelry within 14 days of receipt of your item if your item is blemished or not what you expected. Buyer pays return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect. It's that simple. Just contact contactus@rockyourworldgems.com
All customs are payable in advance and no returns unless product is damaged in which the product will be repaired, replaced or a store credit issued.
For all other products and in store sales ALL SALES ARE FINAL
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
We do not offer refunds on lost, misdirected or stolen mail.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@rockyourworldgems.com.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance and sale category items can not be refunded unless received damaged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged or you just don't like it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@rockyourworldgems.com and send your item to: Rock Your World LLC, 3203 SW Hwy 101, Lincoln City OR 97367, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, refunds are only given back to the original purchaser but exchanges are welcome.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we provide a shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
