TOURS AND GUIDED EXPERIENCES
Rock Your World is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Oregon to conduct guided tours where legally permitted.
We ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations. Tours cancelled within 48 hours for legitimate human reasons will receive store credit. Tours cancelled due to acts of God, including severe weather, will be offered appropriate refund options.
THIRD-PARTY ORDERS AND UNAUTHORIZED MARKETPLACES
Rock Your World does not authorize, accept, or fulfill orders placed by third-party services, marketplaces, aggregators, or intermediaries.
Authorized purchase methods are limited to:
• Our official website
• In-person purchases
• Direct purchases initiated by customers through our official social media accounts using links, invoices, or checkout methods we provide directly
Any other ordering method is unauthorized.
We do not consent to:
• Our product listings being reproduced, scraped, or altered on third-party platforms
• Our images, descriptions, or pricing being used outside authorized channels
• Third parties collecting payment, altering pricing, or placing orders on a customer’s behalf
• Automated systems or AI services initiating purchases without our consent
Orders placed through third parties
Any order suspected of third-party placement may be:

• Cancelled without notice
• Refunded at our discretion
• Subject to additional verification
We are not responsible for: • Pricing discrepancies created by third parties
• Delays, errors, or misinformation caused by unauthorized platforms
• Customer dissatisfaction resulting from third-party interference

All product images, descriptions, and written content are the intellectual property of Rock Your World unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, AI-generated substitutions, scraping, or redistribution is not permitted.
