All jewelry shipping is free in the USA and only $10 everywhere else!

Heavy shipments are sent by USPS priority flat rate box

We ship almost immediately so if you ordered by mistake, contact us in a hurry!

We ship by USPS with tracking

Items shipping from our Lincoln City location may take 1-7 days to arrive.

Items from our warehouse or on backorder may take 2-4 weeks or more to arrive.

Once your item has shipped, we are not responsible for any delays incurred by the postal service/shipping provider.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If mail theft is a known problem in your area, please select a secure shipping address when purchasing.

If the tracking information for your package confirms the package has been "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us to arrange a replacement package. In order to qualify for a replacement, you will need to file a missing mail report with the shipping provider , as well as a police report. Proof of BOTH reports must be provided to us before a replacement will be sent out.

**Refunds will NOT be issued for lost or stolen packages.**
