🌊 What Happens During a Treasure Hunt?
We'll begin with a brief orientation covering:
- Beach safety
- Collection guidelines
- Common treasures found on Oregon beaches
- A few simple tricks experienced beachcombers use to decide where to look
Then we'll head out onto the beach and see what we discover together.
👉🏻Some days we find agates.
👉🏻Some days we find shells.
👉🏻Some days we find fossils, floats, driftwood treasures, tide pools, animal tracks, or something completely unexpected.
That's the nature of a treasure hunt.

And while we often find fascinating treasures, no specific finds are guaranteed.
What I can promise is answers to your questions, a safer and more confident approach to exploring the beach, and the chance to see the Oregon Coast through new eyes.

📍 SW 33rd Street Beach Access (the one with the ramp not the sealion statue)
North of Sandcastle Beachfront Motel in Lincoln City, Oregon.
🚗Public parking is available at:

Our Oregon Coast Treasure Hunt is designed to work during a wide range of beach conditions and may be available much of the year.
Unlike our Oregon Coast Geology, Rockhounding & Beachcombing Adventure, this experience does not require ideal geology conditions to be enjoyable.
We'll continue adding dates as conditions and demand allow.
