This one looks like the Earth broke something and then decided the cracks were the best part. Rich brick-red jasper is divided by a web of dark mineral-filled fractures, creating bold natural geometry across this long polished freeform.
Brecciated jasper forms when existing material is fractured and later cemented back together by additional mineral material. Instead of hiding that history, the stone preserves it. The angular fragments and dark seams are the evidence of breakage, movement and mineralization written directly into the rock.
