Seraphinite

Seraphinite was named because it reminded people of the feathered wings of the Seraphim, the highest order of angels, due to feather-like appearance of the chatoyant fibers in the stone.

Seraphinite is a dense fine-grained variety of Clinochlore, a member of the chlorite family, making it a silicate. It is dark green to grey color with silvery and feathery shimmer caused by mica inclusions.
